Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    The customer must request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase or completion of the service, whichever is later.

  3. Services not delivered or completed as promised.
  4. Services that do not meet the agreed-upon specifications or quality standards.
  5. Services canceled within 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or delivery date.
  6. Refund Process
    To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
  7. Refund Timeframe
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we
    have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved,
    refunds will take 7 – 10 business days to be credited into the beneficiary’s bank account.
